2026 RECRUITMENT SCHEDULE

Application Window
December 15, 2025 – January 18, 2026

The application window is the period of time when we will be accepting applications. Once the application window is open, potential members will be able to submit applications online via this website. Please ensure applications are submitted via the website. Applications sent via email, including those submitted outside of the application will not be considered.

Recruitment Information Session + Open House [In-Person]
Saturday January 10, 10:00 - 15:00 MST

This recruitment information session is an opportunity for potential members to tour our facility and talk to existing CAN-TF2 members and staff. The presentation runs from 10:00 - 11:30 and will also be available online at the link below:

2026 CAN-TF2 Recruitment Information Session - January 10 @ 10:00 - MS Teams Link

Following the presentation, potential members are encouraged to talk with existing members in an open house setting between 11:30am - 3:00pm to have any of your questions answered and get more information on the team.

Location: Canada Task Force 2 - 5705 23rd Ave SE, Calgary, AB

Interviews - February 23 - March 13, 2026
Candidates moving to the interview phase will be contacted to schedule an interview. Candidate can choose between in person or virtual interview.

Selections - March 20, 2026
Candidates who are successful in moving on from the interview phase will be notified prior to Recruit Camp. Successful candidates will be required to complete online learning in advanced of Recruit Camp.

Recruit Camp - April 24 - 26, 2026
All new members are required to attend the three-day recruit camp which will take place in Calgary. Recruit camp is a full 3 day operation where new members will be required to stay on site for the entirety of the training. Accommodations and meals are provided.
